BRIMVOW / PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This page describes the current contact form and Brimvow’s stated intended call-data arrangement. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice and not a verified claim of compliance with the DPDP Act or any other law.
Contact messages
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message so Brimvow can respond. It does not accept recording uploads. The app saves the message in its application database and attempts to record it in Brimvow’s company dashboard as a message from you. If that recording is unavailable, the app attempts to send a notification to the Brimvow company inbox. A failed notification does not remove a message already saved in the application database.
Call recordings
Brimvow’s stated intent is for recordings to remain on the client’s own server, with Brimvow added to client domains. Recordings are not shared. Access and deletion are subject to the client’s company policy, and an NDA is available on request.
The current call workspace upload flow uses Polsia-managed file storage. That does not match the intended client-server model above. Do not upload live customer recordings through the current workspace until the storage arrangement is confirmed.
Retention and requests
Brimvow has not provided a fixed retention period for contact messages. You can ask about a message or request its deletion by emailing brimvow-3@polsia.app. The handling and timing of a request have not been specified here.
The private call workspace uses sign-in to restrict access. Its current upload storage mismatch is described above; the client-server deployment details still need to be confirmed.
DPDP and legal review
This draft does not establish DPDP compliance. Brimvow should have qualified counsel review this policy and the actual service and storage setup before relying on them for personal data in India or elsewhere.
